25‑Year‑Old Woman Detained After Stabbing Incident in Pompano Beach.
A stabbing occurred in Pompano Beach early on Memorial Day morning, near 6:15 a.m., along the northwest side of 24th Street in the 1900 block. Police reports indicate that a male victim was found with multiple stab wounds and was transported to a nearby hospital where he is reportedly stable.
The Broward County Sheriff’s Office released the information through spokesperson Carey Codd. Medics in the area attended to the victim and later confirmed that he is expected to survive the injuries.
At the same time, deputies arrested a 25‑year‑old woman, identified as Dellisha Guadalupe, on an attempted murder charge. She was taken into custody and booked into the county jail.
Law enforcement officials have not released details regarding the motive or circumstances that led to the incident. As of now, no additional suspects have been named.
