Offset Accused of Shooting Near Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas
A shooting incident was reported outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Monday evening. Authorities confirmed that the event took place in the valet area around 7 p.m. and that an individual was injured.
The victim, identified as rapper Offset, whose legal name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital. Medical staff treated the injuries, which the police described as non‑life‑threatening, and the patient was released from care.
Seminole Police Department officials said the scene was secured immediately after the incident and that no ongoing threat to the public was identified. Two persons were detained by officers following the shooting, though their identities have not been released.
Investigators are continuing their inquiry into the circumstances of the shooting. No additional injuries or incidents have been reported in connection with the event.
