Suspect Detained After Stabbing Incident In Northwest Miami-Dade.

In northwest Miami‑Dade County a violent incident occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m. Monday near the 1900 block of Northwest 77th Street. Terrell Rashard Robbins, 33, entered the victim’s home, removed a knife from his right hand, and stabbed the individual several times.

Fast responders from Miami‑Dade Fire Rescue transported the victim to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center. Medical personnel treated eleven puncture wounds, an abrasion, and lacerations to the left jaw, shoulders, biceps, chest, back, and buttocks. The victim required stitches and staples and was reported to have non‑life‑threatening injuries, with a forecast discharge on Wednesday.

Robbins was arrested and initially denied speaking with investigators after a Miranda warning. He later provided a statement describing a prior dispute. According to the report, the victim bit Robbins’ right hand during the confrontation, injuring the victim’s pinky. Robbins was transported to North Shore Medical Center and later transferred to Jackson Memorial Hospital for treatment.

A passenger vehicle remained at the scene after striking the victim following the stabbing. Miami‑Dade State Attorney’s Office charging Robbins with attempted second‑degree murder with a deadly weapon. He is held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center; bond status is pending.
