Lisa Hochstein Arrested in New Florida Identity Theft Case
Lisa Hochstein, a former “Real Housewives of Miami” cast member, was taken into custody by Miami‑Dade authorities on Wednesday. Records show she was booked for a felony charge of interception of communication and placed at the Turner‑Guilford‑Knight Correctional Center. Her attorney stated she will be released on her own recognizance and is not required to post bond.
The prosecution cites a March 19 complaint that Hochstein and Jody Glidden, her former partner, unlawfully recorded oral statements made by Lenny Hochstein, a plastic surgeon, and others. In 2023, Lenny Hochstein alleged a hidden recorder was planted in his vehicle, which led to a police investigation and the discovery of 98 audio clips, one of which captured a conversation between Hochstein and Glidden placing a device.
Glidden was arrested last week and has been released on a $5,000 bond after pleading not guilty. Lenny Hochstein has declined to comment. The lawsuit is part of an ongoing divorce proceeding that ended in 2024 and involved allegations of infidelity and infertility covered on the reality series.
Hochstein and Lenny Hochstein were married for 13 years and have two children, Logan, 10, and Elle, 6. Hochstein and Glidden began dating in 2023 and separated earlier this year. No additional charges have been filed at this time.
