Miami Fire‑Rescue responded to an emergency call in the Brickell area around 10:30 p.m., reporting a male medical emergency. First responders were informed that the individual had been taken to a private vehicle before their arrival and did not make patient contact.
Video footage from a live stream shows Peters in a restaurant booth with two other livestreamers. In the clip, Peters appears disoriented, slurring words and appearing unresponsive. The stream abruptly ended after the other participants noticed his condition and reportedly assisted him to the hospital.
Peters has faced prior legal issues, including a battery arrest in Florida last month. He has not entered a plea in that case. No additional updates on his medical status have been reported.
