The 2025‑26 Tony Awards will take place Sunday from 8‑11 p.m. ET at Radio City Music Hall and will air on CBS and Paramount+ in the United States. The event will open with a large musical number led by host Pink, a three‑time Grammy winner. A pre‑show on Pluto TV will run from 6:35‑8 p.m. EDT, featuring presenters Laura Benanti and Tituss Burgess and the presentation of several technical awards.

Twenty‑four Broadway productions received nominations, with “The Lost Boys” and “Schmigadoon!” leading at 12 each. “Ragtime” earned 11 nominations, while the revival of “Death of a Salesman” garnered nine. New musical nominees include “Titanique” and “Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York),” and new play nominees are “The Balusters,” “Giant,” “Liberation” and “Little Bear Ridge Road.”

Notable competitive categories total 26, covering performance, scenic, costume and lighting design. June Squibb is the oldest nominee at 96, and Nathan Lane seeks a fourth Tony that could tie him for most wins by a male performer. The host of best leading actress in a musical are all first‑time nominees.

In addition to the awards, the ceremony will feature performances by the original cast of “The Book of Mormon,” a Queen Latifah‑led cast celebrating “Chicago’s” 30th anniversary, and a tribute to “A Chorus Line” by Rachel Zegler.

Broadway’s 2025‑26 season set a new box‑office record, generating $1.91 billion over 52 weeks, though attendance slightly fell to 14.58 million tickets sold.
