Sports Illustrated Announces 2026 Swimsuit Model Lineup
Sports Illustrated Swimsuit announced that Alix Earle, Tiffany Haddish, Hilary Duff, and Nicole Williams English will appear on the cover of its 2026 issue. The announcement was made publicly on May 11 and coincided with a reveal of the full lineup of 34 women representing film, sports, social media, fashion, and business sectors.
Portraits of the cover models were taken at locations around the world, including Fort Myers, Florida; Botswana; Montauk, New York; South Caicos; Loreto, Mexico; and Baja California Sur, Mexico. Earle was photographed by Ruven Afanador and featured a swimsuit by Andi Bagus; Duff was shot by Kat Irlin and wore OYE Swimwear. Haddish and Williams English were photographed by James Macari and Ben Watts, wearing Slate Swim and Same swimwear, respectively.
The 2026 issue will be available for digital viewing on swimsuit.si.com and in print from May 14 in select markets, with national distribution beginning on May 26. Sports Illustrated will also release behind‑the‑scenes footage from the shoots on its website.
On May 12, Haddish appeared on TODAY’s “3rd Hour” to discuss her cover, noting the emotional connection to her grandmother, an early Black swimsuit model. Earle joined the program the same day, describing her cover experience as “surreal.”
