Miramar shooting kills influencer ItGirlBri, injures two others
A shooting at the intersection of 2700 Sunshine Boulevard in Miramar occurred early Sunday morning, around 5:33 a.m., after a ShotSpotter alert prompted police arrival. Three occupants—two men and 21‑year‑old Brianna Johnsonikino, who used the online moniker “ItGirlBri”—were traveling westbound in a limeawns electric 2023 Lamborghini Urus when a white sedan entered alongside the driver’s side and fired more than twelve rounds.
Fire rescue crews transported the victims to a local hospital. Johnson rendered deceased, while one male victim remained in critical condition and the other sustained serious injuries. The assailant has not yet been identified and remains a person of interest.
Surveillance footage captured a white BMW approaching the Lamborghini’s driver side before firing, then accelerating away. The luxury SUV subsequently veered into a nearby residence’s front yard before diverting.
Johnson had accumulated over 380,000 followers on TikTok under the handle @\_itgirlbri and was active on Instagram as “dreamdoll_bri.” Her recent content focused on lifestyle and family, and she had begun a music career with a feature on the March 2026 track “Bend Ova” alongside influencer @sadiityrackz.
Miramar Police Chief Delrish Moss indicated that authorities believe the victims were targeted. Detectives are urging witnesses or anyone with information to contact the Miramar Police Homicide Tip Line at 954‑602‑4937 or submit a tip anonymously via Broward Crime Stoppers at 954‑493‑TIPS (8477).
