Miami teen influencer files lawsuit against streamer Clavicular
A lawsuit was filed in Miami‑Dade County court on Tuesday by 18‑year‑old influencer Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza, who alleges battery, emotional distress, fraud and unauthorized use of her likeness by active TikTok streamer Braden Eric Peters, known as Clavicular. The complaint states that in 2025, when Mendoza was sixteen, Peters paid her $1,000 to create videos and asked her to serve as the “female face for looksmaxxing.” Mendoza contends that Peters supplied her with alcohol, forced sexual activity while she was intoxicated, and later lured her to a livestream where he injected her facial cheeks with unapproved Aqualyx. The suit claims Peters also paid bouncers for Mendoza’s entry into bars and purchased alcohol for her, and that his accusations damaged her sponsorships after she signed a $15,000‑per‑month contract in early 2026. Mendoza seeks more than $50,000 in damages.
Peters’ attorney, Steve Kramer, has issued a statement saying the allegations are unproven and that Mr. Peters will defend himself in court. No comment has been provided by the streamer since the filing. The case is pending in Miami‑Dade District Court.
