“Miami Officers Charge Nine Additional Suspects in Child‑Trafficking Operation”
Miami police arrested nine men on Thursday as part of a child sex‑trafficking sting that followed the June 12 arrest of five suspects. The operation was conducted at an undisclosed hotel with support from the Miami‑Dade State Attorney’s Office Human Trafficking Task Force. Officers posted an online ad posing as the mother of a 13‑ and 15‑year‑old girl who claimed to be available for sexual services in exchange for money. All nine men responded, indicating an interest in the 15‑year‑old.
The suspects come from Broward, Miami‑Dade, and Glades counties. They were identified as Jacinto Brito Raymundo (23), Carlos Adrian Flores Rojas (27), Mandy Gonzalez (39), Oisnel Gonzalez Rodriguez (25), Creshawn Akcire Lewis‑Starks (24), Frank Carlos Lopez de la Rosa (24), Kalaivanan Murugan (25), Jonathan Lee Testa (25), and Jony Esau Zeledon Rizo (33).
Authorities noted that Flores requested to be a “VIP client” and told a detective after his arrest, “I am not a bad guy.” Each suspect was booked on charges of human trafficking and computer‑related offenses.
All nine men were taken to jail following the arrest. The Miami‑Dade police department has not released further updates on the investigation.
