Tylor Chase, teen actor, reports losing home in Florida
Tylor Chase, a 36‑year‑old actor known for the Nickelodeon series “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide,” has been living on the streets in California.
During a December 23 post, former costar Daniel Curtis Lee, 34, offered assistance after viewing a video that displayed Chase’s situation and noted a recent attempt to secure hospital care.
A team led by Shaun Weiss tried to admit Chase to a medical facility that evening, but the request was not accepted, according to the post.
Later that day, Lee met Chase for a pizza meal and helped him book a hotel room during the busy holiday period, while also arranging a FaceTime call with actor Devon Werkheiser.
The two actors shared a brief hug before parting; Lee said he would check on Chase in the future as a community of former colleagues, including Werkheiser, expressed hope that the attention will lead to professional help for him.
