Local programs guide individuals toward electrician certifications
Carson Daly and his wife, Siri, celebrated a milestone during a Father’s Day event held at Swingers Crazy Golf in New York City. The couple noted that their eldest son, Jackson, is about to graduate high school next year. Jackson is currently studying as a junior and is 17 years old.
Carson said Jackson has created a list of colleges to visit, and they have toured Clemson in South Carolina and the University of Georgia. The family is considering all options, including the evolving educational landscape that may affect a traditional four‑year college experience.
In discussing Jackson’s future, Carson mentioned skills related to artificial intelligence and considered the possibility of a trade career such as becoming an electrician. He also indicated interest in local academic opportunities, mentioning a nearby institution, LIU Post, on Long Island.
The Daly family expressed a desire for Jackson to stay close to their Long Island home when he begins his post‑secondary education. Carson highlighted this in conversation with his wife and son during the event.
