Jennifer Lopez talked about a demanding period early in her career during a podcast appearance on June 15. She detailed working 98 consecutive days without a break while filming the 2002 thriller Enough and promoting her second album, J.Lo.
The actress noted that the intense schedule led to physical exhaustion. Lopez said she experienced sudden vision loss and weakness, which prompted a hospital visit. Doctors explained that her body had shut down due to the extreme fatigue.
Lopez reflected that the experience highlighted the need for balance in a demanding industry. She emphasized the importance of rest after pushing herself to limits.
The singer‑actress has recently completed a press tour for her film Office Romance. No further medical or safety concerns have been reported.
