Broward County High Schools Announce Fall 2025 All‑County Team

The Sun Sentinel will publish its fall 2025 All‑County honors on Sunday, featuring top senior athletes from Broward County across football, girls volleyball, swimming, cross‑country, golf, and bowling.

In football, Mason Mallory of St. Thomas Aquinas is named 7A‑5A offensive player of the year and Jermiyah Douglas earns the defensive honor. Derrek Cooper of Chaminade‑Madonna is the 4A‑1A offensive champion, while Terrance Johnson (American Heritage) and Bryant Junius (Chaminade‑Madonna) receive defensive titles. First‑team selections and coaching awards were also announced.

In girls volleyball, Isabella Sangha of St. Thomas Aquinas and Juliana Lugo of Archbishop McCarthy are named 7A‑5A players of the year, while Dasia Johnson of North Broward Prep earns the 4A‑1A title. Coaches and team selections were also released.

Swimming and diving names include Juan Vallmitjana as boys swimmer of the year and Juliet Radich as girls diver of the year. Cross‑country co‑runners David Lazo (South Plantation) and Wills Gillis (North Broward Prep) receive boys runner honors, while Abigail Richards of Dillard is the girls runner honoree.

In golf, Sohan Patel (American Heritage junior) and Lilly Riegger (American Heritage senior) are named golfers of the year. Bowling honors go to Ryder Willman of McArthur as boys bowler of the year and Sofia Montefusco of South Plantation as girls bowler. All selections, honorable mentions, and coaching awards accompany each sport.
