Taylor Swift read a handwritten message from Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kel Ke, who is engaged to her‑now, during the concluding episode of her six‑part docuseries “The End of an Era.” The episode aired after the final three concerts of her record‑breaking “Eras Tour,” which wrapped up in late December 2025.
The note, carried to the green room by Swift’s team, thanked Kel Ke for participating in the tour and reflected on their first meeting in July 2023 when the footballer attended a Swift show at the Chiefs’ home stadium. It recalled the memory of a KC game in September 2023 that sparked their connection and previewed the pair’s engagement announced in August 2025.
