Clinton Photos Appear in Newly Released Epstein Files

On Friday, the Justice Department released early documents from its Jeffrey Epstein investigation. The files contain several photographs that show former President Bill Clinton. None of the images are dated.

One photo shows Clinton on a private plane with a redacted woman. Another shows him in a pool or hot tub with another redacted woman, while a third image places him beside Ghislaine Maxwell.

The documents provide no information about the timing or context of the photographs. They illustrate Clinton’s known association with Epstein and Maxwell during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Clinton has not been charged with any wrongdoing by Epstein’s victims.

The release may shift attention away from former President Trump, whom the White House had previously linked to the files. White House officials posted remarks on social media, but President Trump made no comment. The collection is part of several hundred thousand documents cited by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche.

Earlier this year, the House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Bill and Hillary Clinton, who sent a written statement saying they had limited knowledge. Committee chair Rep. James Comer demanded in‑person testimony and threatened contempt proceedings. No former president has yet been compelled to testify before Congress.
