Travolta’s son claims Elvis descent via Keough donor egg, lawsuit says.
A civil suit filed in Los Angeles County alleges that actor John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston secured the birth of their son Ben Travolta through an egg donation by Riley Keough, the granddaughter of Elvis Presley. Plaintiffs claim Keough received $10,000‑$20,000 and an old Jaguar in exchange for the eggs. The suit lists the arrangement as a breach of contract.
Plaintiffs say Travolta rejected eggs with potential contaminants, citing concerns about possible heroin residues, leading to the arrangement. A handwritten hotel note is cited as evidence.
The complaint also names Priscilla Presley’s son Navarone Garcia, alleging a breach of contract, and references a separate lawsuit against Presley’s estate for fraud. The suit is part of a broader dispute involving former partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko.
Ben Travolta was born in November 2010 as John Travolta’s third child. His older brother, Jett, died in 2009, and his mother, Kelly Preston, passed away in July 2020 after battling breast cancer.
Neither Travolta nor Keough responded to the lawsuit. Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, described the allegations negatively but did not address the egg donation claim. The case is pending in California state court.
