Mickey Lee, former reality show contestant, passes away at 35.
Mickey Lee, 35, died Thursday after experiencing multiple heart attacks related to complications from the flu. The former reality‑TV personality was in critical but stable condition earlier in the week before her condition deteriorated.
Lee’s family released a statement on Friday describing her passing as a “transition.” The announcement was posted to her former “Big Brother” Instagram account and expressed gratitude for the support she received during her illness.
In early December, the family had opened a GoFundMe campaign to cover medical costs not covered by insurance. By Friday afternoon, the fundraiser had raised more than $32,500.
Lee was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and was residing in Atlanta, Georgia, at the time of her death. She was a contestant on season 27 of “Big Brother,” which aired on CBS in 2025.
